Hosting twice a year the biggest fashion retail event in Amsterdam, it stages a mix of stands with collections, exhibitions, stores, talks, trend forecasts, food & drinks, music - and more.

Our Experience Architect Melvin van Tholl has been hosting workshops and expert sessions to introduce brands and retailers to the golden opportunities of a well-designed Customer Experience. In the latest edition (W2020) the focus was on preparing businesses for the near future, as the retail landscape keeps changing drastically. The audience received a set of insights and tools on how to rediscover their products, services and business model. All to excel in a new consumer world that is driven by the need for conveniences or experiences.
